What determines the true $FLOW <> $FLOWSTR conversion ratio?

The initial conversion ratio is set at mainnet launch and the 'ideal' ratio is ultimately determined by the NAV (Net Asset Value) of the FlowStrategy treasury. Open market dynamics determine the ratio moving forward, both through our Dutch Auction primary issuance of $FLOWSTR and normal market activity on exchange venues.
